Here at Wake, we model what we do by what we see in scripture. The early church was intentional in its devotion. They devoted themselves to the scriptures, one another, and those in need. We desire to do the same. This is how you become connected here at Wake, and ultimately become a disciple who makes disciples.
We come together on Sunday mornings to encourage one another in Christ through the scriptures.
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25
We meet in homes weekly to strengthen relationships and make disciples.
And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. Acts 2;46-47
We partner with local and global ministry partners to serve our city and our world.
For this is what the Lord has commanded us, saying, "I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth." Acts 13:47
